Here you’ll find our list of what to eat and what to plant during the various seasons. It is by no means a definitive list and you will find some seasonal cross-over, but it’s a great starting point. We’ll continue to add to it as our blog grows and send out alerts for when we find things at their absolute best. At nofussfood we celebrate and encourage seasonal eating and will provide plenty of our favourite seasonal recipes.
Whilst the planting list is based on the planting zones of Sydney, we’ve included a link to planting zone that should assist you if you’re not from Sydney. And if you’re in the Northern Hemisphere, just have a go at reversing everything!
